Pu`u Kukui ES Second Semester Final Decision
Please do one survey per child attending Pu`u Kukui Elementary School.  Due November 30,2020.

1.  If you choose to "Opt In" to 100% Online Learning you are making a commitment for the semester while we are in the blended learning environment.

2.  "Opt in" means you will get a classroom teacher for support at home.

3.  "Opt in" teacher may/may not be your child's current teacher.  Depends on numbers and total count.

4.  Refer to FAQs for more information regarding second semester at Pu`u Kukui Elementary School.

These plans will only go into effect if the State remains in the same mode in which it is currently.
