Summer Learning Interest Survey
Parents,

We have learned that all students benefit from some degree of summer learning, and this year we have the chance to welcome students in the month of June. This survey will help us determine how much interest we have for summer learning. Completion of the survey does not guarantee your child a seat because placements will depend on teacher count.  Please complete one survey for each child who may be attending.
