Athletics Facilities Request Form
We will do our best to meet all of your needs but space and materials are limited.  No more than three tailgates will be permitted on any one date.  Please note that maintenance WILL NOT set up or break down your event, they will simply drop off the materials you request.  Teams are required set up tents, tables, chairs, food, provide for your own ice, etc.  Please don't hesitate to contact the athletic department if you have any questions.

Please note that parents are responsible for their own children at all times.  In general, please do not leave young children un-attended at any tailgate, athletic contest, concert, play or school function.
