#StopPeabodyPeaker Premiere
Please join Breathe Clean North Shore, Massachusetts Climate Action Network (MCAN's), Slingshot, and other partners at the premiere screening of Steven Andrada's film, #StopPeabodyPeaker. This documentary tells the story of the community effort to halt construction of MMWEC Special Project 2015A, a new 55MW oil and gas peaking power plant being built in an environmental justice community in the City of Peabody despite the glaring equity, health and climate concerns.
