Job Overview:
As a Car Wash Attendant at Four Seasons Car Wash, you will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the car wash area, handle vehicles with care, and provide exceptional customer service.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and guide them through the car wash process.
  • Assist customers with the selection of service options.
  • Conduct pre-wash inspections of vehicles, noting any existing damages.
  • Operate car wash machinery and equipment.
  • Apply cleaning agents and car wash solutions manually or using machinery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Manage supplies and inform the manager of any inventory needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
