This Webinar is about Green New Deal - which is a policy for a just transition to the zero carbon economy in the context of Singapore.  The format of the Webinar is 1:30 min starting with a 45 min presentation divided into four parts - Singapore’s economic situation, climate change policy, Green New Deal policy solution and ways that individuals can get involved.  The next 45 minutes you will have a chance to meet others who face similar challenges, share your own learning and ask questions in a facilitated discussion on activism strategy for the Green New Deal - designing compelling narrative and mobilizing the community.  You will be sent a handout of the material presented 2 weeks prior to the Webinar so that you are better able to understand the intended scope of the event and contribute with specific questions, shared experiences and content suggestions.
