By selecting a monthly signup tier, the Provider agrees to a financial commitment based on the chosen number of developer signups (1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000) at a rate of $2 per signup. Signups are defined as verified developer activations of the Provider’s MCP through the MCP² platform. Charges are invoiced monthly after signups are delivered, and payment is due within 14 days of invoice at the month end. Providers may cancel or downgrade their commitment at any time prior to the start of a new month. Any undelivered signups at the end of a quarter will roll over into the next quarter; however, the committed amount for the current quarter remains payable once delivery has begun.
