Cancellation policy

50% of the booking fee will be charged if cancellation is received between 8 to 28 days before the event. The full fee will be charged if cancellation is less than 8 days before the event. FIL is not responsible for any costs incurred by individuals or organisations due to any cancellation.

Photographs

Please note that photographs will be taken during the event for promotional use on the FIL Website and Newsletter. Please advise a FIL Committee Member at the start of the event if you do not wish for your photograph/image to be taken.

Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of receipt of application is not confirmation of booking. Please wait for a formal confirmation of your place being booked before making any travel arrangements.
