Belief:
We believe a "Growth Mindset" is key to taking on the world and pursuing self-discovery. The concept of Mindset Growth (by Dr. Carol S. Dweck) is founded on the principles of exploring, confronting, and moving past failure to build on key transferable skills. We believe this outlook on life can help foster a greater potential for success in a young person’s life. SFL applies this concept to various Soft Skill topics that if worked on from an earlier age, can have a positive impact on their future: development, opportunities, & success.
