Request a Team Practice Takeover

Head Coaches and Team Directors can use this form to request an Adventure  “Practice Takeover” for your team. Other coaches that want to coordinate a Takeover may also make the request, as long as the Head Coach is in support of the plan.  Takeovers are available only in the months of May or June, and may be any day of the week.
