Renovation, Repair and Painting Pre-Registration
Taught in this class are the safety measures necessary to protect inhabitants during renovation, repair and painting projects in pre-1978 housing and in pre-1978 child-occupied facilities, such as daycare centers, where lead-based paint will be disturbed by the work.

This class is also designed to teach compliance with Initial - Renovation, Repair and Painting (RR&P) rule in Section 402 (c) (3) of the Toxics Substance Control Act (TSCA).

The class is targeted to the following professions:
Contractor, Renovator, Electrician, HVAC, Carpenter, Painter, Child Care Administrator, Property Manager, Maintenance Worker, Clean-up Crew, Environmental Health, Widow & Door Replacer, Plumber and/or Janitor

Students will be assessed based on a written evaluation to receive certification.
