2020-2021 BVA Student Enrollment Form
The Belle Vernon Area School District will begin the 2020-2021 school year in a hybrid model. Students will attend school two days a week and learn remotely three days a week.
When students are learning remotely, they will participate with their classrooms with synchronous learning. Students will be required to participate with the classroom from home on their remote days to be counted as present.
Synchronous learning is live-streaming in-classroom instruction through Zoom allowing the student at home to participate with the teacher and peers in real time. This instruction will follow your child’s normal school schedule.
Students with the last name starting with A-K will attend school on Monday and Tuesday and learn remotely Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Students with the last name starting with L-Z will attend school on Thursday and Friday and learn remotely Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Students may also learn remotely full time with synchronous learning and will need to participate with their classrooms daily to be counted as present.
The Belle Vernon Area School District is cognizant of parents concerns with return to school and we are asking the parents to fill out the enrollment form below by August 7, 2020. Parents can complete the form below and return it to school or complete the Google Form. This only needs to be completed once in paper form or Google per family.
