Spanish Communication Work Request Form

The purpose of this form is to help our Part Time & Full Time Staff (who are not Spanish speaking) communicate with our Spanish speaking families, and request support with translation.

This form should be used if you need to communicate with a group of students/parents (ex: like making phone calls to a chunk of students who missed an event, or are disengaged)

Apricot should be used if you need communication help/follow up with individual

***IMPORTANT***

During the school year: Please send requests one WEEK in advance.
During the SUMMER: Please send requests 1-2 days before you need them complete.

Give us 1-2 days (during summer) and 3-5 days (during the school year) to reach out to families and follow up with you. We will work on requests in the order they are received, please keep in mind that it can take a few days to reach parents, and to coordinate conferences.

For CONFERENCE COORDINATION/ INTERPRETATION support: please provide the Student & Parent names and contact information, as well as details on what the purpose of the conference is and the information that will be discussed. **Please add two dates/times you are available for this conference, in the next 2 weeks **

8. For a TRANSLATION Request please email the document or share it with me on Google Drive (email: andrea.rodriguez@studentudurham.org) Below, please include the date and time that you need the translation completed.
