Adding your work to the HEADS & TALES archive
We are delighted that you are interested in submitting your creations, photos or documents to the new Heads & Tales Mental health heritage archive. Saving your work for the future!
"By adding work to the archive it joins a growing bank of stories and voices aiming to raise awareness and rebalance representation on Mental Health."
Chilli Studios requires permission to use and share any material/artwork including photos, text, images and audio produced in connection with this project from the original creator and people featured. Your involvement in this project means that we need consent and permission to use the work as part of an exhibition, archive, online use, publication and for publicity purposes. Work may also be displayed and shared by the funders of the project.
Chilli Studios also recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of everyone especially all children and vulnerable adults. In accordance with our Safeguarding Policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of children, young people and vulnerable adults to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children/vulnerable involved. This extends to any imagery of people in items submitted - permission from each individual will be needed.
If you do decide to take part, Chilli Studios will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, and are stored safely and securely. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, you should inform Chilli Studios immediately.
You may withdraw your consent at any time up to the time of public display or publication. Once images etc are displayed, it will be very difficult (but still possible) to remove them from the display and we would therefore encourage you to be certain before you agree to participate.
