District Arts Coordinators, Principals of Arts-Focused Schools, and Lead Arts Teachers are all welcome to attend! Day 1 will dive into the complexities of scheduling and the vital data that drives smart decision-making. Day 2 will center on the budgeting cycle, giving you tools and strategies to guide effective planning. A full schedule will be announced soon.
