Frizz Fest 2021 Details:
~$100 Merchandise Vendor Fee (This includes a $25 permit fee we have to obtain through Tower Grove Park)
~$150 Food Vendor Fee (This includes a $25 permit fee we have to obtain through Tower Grove Park)
~If selling food, you must have a permit to sell in St. Louis City.
~Will receive individual digital vendor flyer to post/share on social media

Frizz Fest 2021 Requirements:
~Must provide own vendor table (standard size 6 ft table is recommended)
~A canopy for your table is required (no bigger than 10' x 10')
~Must provide own chairs
~Arrive to event location no later than 11:00am on August 28th, 2021 for set-up (or you will not be able to vend)
~Ability to set-up and clean-up your station without assistance from Frizz Fest staff. Feel free to bring a helper or two!
~Supply a substantial amount of products
~Product pricing must be on display at vendor booth
~Credit/Debit Card payment must be accepted
~No power sources provided at the park or by the Frizz Fest Team

*Vendor Fee will not be refunded for any cancellations or no shows, except in the case that the event is
cancelled due to COVID19.
**Frizz Fest will take place rain or shine, no refunds will be issued due to weather.

Everyone will be given a 10 x 10 standard space. Your own table is required. Table will be set-up on grass. *See image below*

A tent/canopy no larger than 10 x 10 is required. Canopy will be set-up on grass. *See image below*
Will you be decorating your vendor table? *
We request all vendors decorate/brand their tables. This is a celebration of women, we want your station to be fun and visible to our attendees. The more effort you put into your setup, the more you connect with the community and the more attention you will bring to your business.
Are you able to arrive at the event location no later than 11:00am on August 28th, 2021 to set-up your station? *
We want you to have ample time for setup so that you are ready to go by the time event starts! We suggest bringing a helper or two as the Frizz Fest staff will not be able to assist with vendor setup. Late arrival is unacceptable.
Can you commit to participating in the event for the full duration? (11:00am-5:00pm) *
This includes fully cleaning up your station after the event has ended.
Can you ensure that you will keep your entire vendor station clear of trash for the duration of the event? *
Trash includes any boxes, paper, wrapping, junk, etc
If you have items that need to be kept at a cooler temperature, will you bring coolers? *
Do you accept credit cards and cash? *
A credit card swipe is highly recommended, we want you to make as many sales as possible! Also, please make sure you have ample change!
Can you confirm participation and provide vendor fee by July 31, 2021? *
If selected to participate as a vendor, would you like to donate a product to raffle off during the event? *Please note, the answer to this question does not impact selection* *
