Please fill in the following form for registration to the DA-Germany Annual General Meeting on the weekend of March 31st-April 2nd, 2017. Each member should fill in this form separately. Only people attending with non-US citizens should add their guests in the "Others attending?" section.*

PLEASE NOTE: Filling in this registration form will not automatically register you for the meeting. You must transfer the fees to the DAG bank account by March 24th, 2017. Payment details are included in this form.

Friday Workshop *
March 31st, 2-6:30pm : “Looking forward - Sustainability in a Volunteer Organization” - If you are a member of the Excom (present, past - OR future!), a so-called "super-volunteer" or just someone who wants to learn more about the work DAG does, please attend this workshop & training session!
Friday Dinner *
March 31st, 7-10pm : Do you plan to attend the early-bird dinner on Friday evening? (At your own expense.)
Saturday AGM Meeting & Dinner *
April 1st: The Annual General Meeting will include workshops, reports and the election of a new Executive Committee. The AGM training and workshop sessions will be for leaders and for the general membership. (€62 pays for the meeting donation, lunch, two coffee breaks & the gala dinner.)

Accommodation
The members of the Berlin Chapter have graciously offered their guest bedrooms, couches and air mattresses to guests visiting from other areas of the country. The number of home stays is limited, so please sign up quickly if you'd like one. Let us know below what your accommodation plans are.
Payment Details
* Per Democratic Party and DPCA rules, payment of the meeting fee is voluntary. We do ask that you donate this amount to cover the expenses of hosting and holding the meeting and avoid drawing down the DAG Treasury, which is devoted to getting out the vote.

Any payments for any person attending any event for the AGM, may only be made by US citizens or current US Green Card holders by using his or her own funds.

DEADLINE for payment by bank transfer: March 24th, 2017.
