Christmas Poinsettias Order Form 
Order a poinsettia to enhance our worship experiences during the Advent season. The poinsettias are $32 each and are in an 8-inch foil-wrapped pot. The plants come in both red and white with full, high-quality blooms. You can designate your poinsettia in honor OR in memory of someone, whose names will be listed on a bulletin insert. Please return this completed form with your payment no later than Sunday, November 23. Members of Active Faith will have a table outside the narthex on November 2, 9, 16, and 23 to receive your donations by cash, credit card, or check. Payments can also be made online but must be accompanied by a completed form. All proceeds from the poinsettias purchased will be for mission projects sponsored by Active Faith. Plants may be picked up after the Christmas Eve service.
