This form is all we need to get started. Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out if we have any questions to ensure we fully understand your event’s values and can match you with the perfect panel of adjudicators.

Prism Dance Adjudicators will carefully select a panel of judges that align with your event’s goals. All of our adjudicators are pre-screened and thoroughly evaluated to meet your event’s specific needs. We’ll confirm expectations with the adjudicators, collect their bio and headshot for your program, and ensure that a signed agreement (provided by you) is in place. Your judges will arrive early, professional, and prepared on the day of your event. This is a seamless, hands-off experience, designed to give you peace of mind so you can focus on creating an unforgettable event. Additionally, the Premium Spectrum, includes booking of car rentals, travel, and hotel reservations for the entire panel.

Premium Spectrum Panel Rate:

$550 + HST

Payment is due upon finalization of the booking.
