Public Event Approval Form
LCC is a vibrant community of active students and in order to organize events well, a process should be followed:
If your event is aimed at the broad community, you have first check with the master EVENTS CALENDAR

- Please do not plan your big events on the nights that are already reserved for other events.
- Plan in advance (at least 2 weeks in advance)
- Have respect for student schedules, do not plan events during mid-terms or before finals
- Only officially registered clubs or LCC departments may organize public events
- You may not reserve space and/or promote your event until it follows this procedure

Once the form is submitted, you will be notified of the decision within a week.
