This is the interest form for Causeway Challenge (Open) 2026 for Singaporean youth players. The event is held over 29 May - 1 June 2025 at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The tournament will be split into five divisions, decided by WESPA rating.

Michael Tang, the Organizer of CC 2026 has kindly offered the following incentives to allow more youth players to join the prestigious world tournament to each country:
1. Free entry fee for the Top Youth Player – saving of USD250
2. 50% discount of the entry for 9 players – saving of USD125
