The 2023-2024 CNH District Membership Growth Committee is excited to share with you this ANONYMOUS form, where we would greatly appreciate any feedback you have that will provide insight on our membership growth as a district.

For the past 7 years, our district membership has been facing a decline, despite having an increase in the number of clubs. With this form, we hope to identify the main points of contention and work towards solutions that cater to your clubs and divisions. This, in turn, will help improve and grow CNH's membership.
