Ride Up Grades will be providing mentorship to a small team of committed riders age 18-23 seeking mentorship on and off the bike.

Expectations:
-Mentees attend any meetings punctually and communicate intentions clearly.
-Mentors inform the team director and program manager of any concerns.
-We expect to have more mentors than mentees, we will try to match mentors and mentees based on their skills
-We ask that mentors commit to working with their young person for a period of at least 3 months. Flexibility is required, as mentees will be onboarded as resources become available. We expect no more than 3 hours a week.

Program Structure:
-Mentees will be managed by a team director and program manager.
-Mentors and Mentees will be introduced by the team director or program manager
-The program manager will check on Mentees bi-weekly, including a review of their miles, meeting or event attendance, and career smart goals.
-The team director will host training rides and/or events, and check on youth progress weekly.
