As a non-profit organization, all photo opportunities at Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center must fall within our mission of inspiring a lifetime of protecting nature.

Please note: Two month notice is needed for private hikes/photography session. Requested dates are not guaranteed.

2 hour

$30/person with a $500 minimum charge ($300 non-refundable deposit)
up to 25 people allowed (if more inquire for cost and information)
100% of deposit and hourly fee due at time of booking

*Discounts are offered for non-profits

Private Photography Package

2 hour/ $500 ($300 non-refundable deposit) (time includes arrival and hike down to grotto)
5 people allowed, including photographer
$50 additional per person, not to exceed 10 people total
100% of deposit and hourly fee due at time of booking
Sessions are allowed during non-public/field trip hours
Additional scout visits $200/hour
