2020-2021 School Re-Opening Survey
Parents as part of our preparations for the upcoming school year, we would like to gain feedback regarding the re-opening of schools in the fall, despite the uncertainty of current circumstances. Currently, it is still unclear what state and federal guidelines will be in place for us when we begin the school year. The intent of this survey is for planning purposes only as we work to best support our students and families.
Please select the option that will be reflective of where your child(ren) will attend in the fall. You may select more than one. *
Please select the best option from those below for your family.
Our family would choose to send student(s) to school for regular full-time in-person instruction
Our family would choose to keep student(s) at home full-time and continue with Remote Learning
We are flexible, student(s) would attend some days and stay home in Remote Learning some days
Assuming appropriate safety measures are in place, but schools are not able to offer full time, regular instruction, what is your preference for how your child returns to school in the fall? *
A mix of in-person and remote learning
All remote learning
If in-person learning resumes in the fall, how comfortable are you with your child riding the bus to/from school? *
My child will need transportation
