Location: 1927 Keokuk Street - RSFIC downstairs in the Gathering Space
Time: 12 -1pm
Thing needed: comfortable clothing, yoga mat, & yoga block - some items may be provided, first come first serve

All yoga and musical levels are welcome!

During these 6 classes, participants will connect with one another through vocal play, songs, and storytelling. We will also practice yoga asana and deep rest. Participation is free. Optional donations are welcome for Inside Out Reentry and/or for the instructor.
