Please complete the following information to confirm your organization’s willingness to grant the requesting MARL applicant time away from work for attendance at the MARL seminars, if selected.

MARL members will be expected to attend eleven seminars during the 22-month program. MARL Seminars are normally held from Noon Wednesday to Noon Friday, with some exceptions. The time commitment for seminars of MARL Class XIII will be 21 days the first year and 24 days the second year. Ten seminars rotate around the state, one is held in Washington, D.C. in Year 1 (’24-26), and an international study seminar will be held abroad – destination to be determined, in Year 2 (2026).
