Learn tools and tips to employ when the stakes are high in personal interactions. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize and address difficult interactions, explore how thoughts and emotions influence behaviors, and come up with action plans to help.
Presenter Sean Davis is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Harrison County and has been a favorite facilitator of both our adult and youth classes in the decade since. With certifications in Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Training Consulting, Human Capital Strategy and as a Gallup Strengths Coach, Sean is positioned to bring out the best in all of us.
