Night Out veteran Jeff Latchum returns with a crew of OCP's Culinary Class members to bring you this delicious mashup of classic French and Southern U.S. cuisine.

Salad:

//Green Salad with candied pecans and citrus vinaigrette.

Soup:

//Gazpacho with dill creme fraiche.

//Sausage and lentil.

Entrees:

//Seared Salmon over dirty rice, squash medley, and lemon buerre blanc.

//Roasted Pork Loin with scalloped potatoes and squash medley, and sauce chausseur.

//Ratatouille with dirty rice and squash medley.

Desserts:

//Peach Crisp with vanilla ice cream.

//Chocolate Mint Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
