Please complete this form for a vacation or other planned absences at least one week prior to the absence. Please contact the school office for absences due illness, appointments, and funerals.

An automatic response will be emailed to the address given. The principal will review the request and an email will be sent to the email provided once approved.

Please refer to the school handbook for information on excused absences. Work to be made up during the absence can be obtained directly from teachers or found on RenWeb.
