Threaded Friends knitting group intake form!!!
This is the sign up sheet and intake form for the Huckleberry knitting group. You will learn basic knitting skills, making small personal projects before moving up to bigger pieces. The program will last 5 weeks, meeting weekly at Huckleberry House. We will meet every Friday from 4:30-6pm from 4/10-5/1, at Huckleberry Youth Programs (CARC/SEEDS) 44 Gough St. Suite 106. I will provide all materials as well as snacks, and there is no fee for enrollment. If you want to sign up, please fill out this intake form and sign this release form. Safety
This program involves the use of knitting needles and scissors. All materials will be carefully monitored, checked in and out during each session, and used under close supervision. Participants will be introduced to clear safety guidelines and group expectations at the first meeting. The program will also adhere to all Huckleberry safety protocols to ensure a supportive and secure environment for everyone.
