In Roslyn, our morning program begins Tuesday, September 25th at 8:30a.m. (We were originally supposed to start September 12th but Roslyn was under a Level 2 Evacuation notice at that time so we moved our start date.) Our afternoon and after school programs will begin Monday, September 25th. For now, our morning program will be meeting in the garden space behind the Red Bird Café, also accessible from Hwy 903 between the Purple Antix and the brick building on the corner of Pennsylvania and 903. Our After school program will meet at the Roslyn Library (students attending after school will take Bus C to the stop closest to the Library). All students in the After school program will either be picked up by a care giver at the Roslyn Library at 5:00p.m. or return to Cle Elum via a special bus which leaves the library at 4:50p.m.
Ellensburg's Fall program will begin Friday, September 15th in Helen McCabe State Park in the Yakima Canyon, 9a.m.-12p.m. We hope to begin a pilot program in Irene Reinhardt River Park on Tuesday, October 10th, also 9a.m.-12p.m. We need to have at least 5 students enrolled to run the class. It is going to be a great class in another beautiful, diverse location! Please also register through our cooperating organization in Ellensburg, Kittitas Environmental Education Network (KEEN) via their website <www.ycic.org>
Additional registration materials and tuition information will be sent upon receipt of this form. Please note for Ellensburg families, tuition is paid upon registration through KEEN.
