Mental health challenges among youth are on the rise, with over 1.5 million young people in Canada living with a mental health challenge. Research shows that young people want churches to prioritize mental health, creating spaces for open conversations and support.
The Sanctuary Youth Series is an 8-week program designed to equip youth, parents, and ministry leaders with the tools to discuss mental health in a faith-based setting. Together, we’ll explore what it means to care for our mental well-being while growing in community and faith.
Please pray for us as we plan, prepare, and begin to unpack these topics.
We encourage everyone to check out the Sanctuary Website for more information about this program.
