Plaques will be mailed to your campus and invoiced $10 to your school for shipping and handling.

Plaques will be mailed at the conclusion of each regular season.

Division Champ plaques will be awarded at the regional championship game to the 2 finalists if they are eligible for the award. If the team does not pick up their plaque at the Regional Championship, a campus
representative is permitted to have their award(s) shipped to them. Shipping will incur a fee of
$10 per plaque and current cost per trophy.

All other division champs will fill out an online form to request their plaque. Plaques are included but will require a shipping fee of $10 to your school.

Individuals will receive medals for winning a state championship or state runner-up on a team sport. Track gives out individual medals, but we do not give out team medals for Track & Field. Medals requiring shipping will be initially charged $5 and may incur an additional fee dependent on the number of medals being shipped.
