We are thrilled so many have expressed interest in hosting an event at our store but due to the volume of requests we have to limit the number of events we can host. The number of requests we receive daily has been more than we can process in a timely manner therefore we are accepting requests thru the following form to be sure all are considered.
A few things:
1. We limit the number of in-store events due to space.
2. The team meets to look at all the requests once a week. The earlier the better to reach out to check availability.
3. You may not hear back from us immediately but we will be in touch if we can accommodate your event.
4. If you would like to request we stock a book please fill out the additional google form under Authors for Book Consideration. If asking to host an event as well, we will look at both requests together.
5. We are also to sell books at offsite events/venues. Please email us at email@example.com for off property events.
If this is for a book launch, please send or drop off a physical copy of the book or ARC to Virginia Highland Books, Attn: Author Event Team, 1034 N. Highland Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30306 to be reviewed with the form. All books dropped off at VA HI Books become the property of VA HI Books and will not be returned.
Responses will be sent via email if we are able to accommodate.
