2018 Animation Festival Entry Form
The Tulsa International Animation Festival features short film animations submitted locally and from around the world. Animations may be stop-motion, Claymation, 2-D animation, 3-D animation or cut-outs, to name a few. Videos MUST be 5:00 minutes or less. We will not accept any entries that are trailers for a longer animated film. It must be the original (5min or less) film.

Curator Mery McNett and the Living Arts Video Committee will determine the festival selections.

If your animation is selected you will be notified by email on Friday, February 16, 2018 and your film will be presented at the Living Arts Animation Festival in March (TBD) 2018, 8pm at Living ArtSpace, 307 E MB Brady St in downtown Tulsa, OK.

All entries must be received no later than Friday, January 26, 2018 at 5pm central standard time.

All animated films must consist of work that you have created.

Permission: I/We, the undersigned, grant permission to Living Arts of Tulsa (“Living Arts”), their respective agents, successors, licensees, and assigns, the non-exclusive right, butnot the obligation to:1. Use my/our video (the “Work”) developed for the THE TULSA INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FESTIVAL, and utilize and reproduce images from the Work, without limitation as to time or number of runs, for reproduction, exhibition and exploitation, throughout the world, in any and all manner, methods and media, whether now or hereafter known or devised, and in the advertising, publicizing, promotion, and exploitation thereof; and2. Photograph me/us and to record my/our voice, performances, poses, acts, plays, and appearances, and to use my/our picture, photograph, silhouette and other reproductions of my/our physical likeness and sound as part of the by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used, incorporated exhibited and/or exploited.ReleaseI/We hereby release Living Arts, their respective agents, successors, licensees, andassigns, from and against:1. Any claim of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from the use of the Work and the authorized use of my physical likeness and sound in the Work as herein provided, including, but not limited to, claims based upon defamation (including libel and slander), invasion of privacy, right of publicity or other civil right, copyright, or any other personal and/or property rights and agree that I/we will not now or in the future assert or maintain any such claims against Living Arts, their respective agents, successors, licensees, and assigns.2.
