We offer individuals the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience while serving closely alongside our team of pastors and staff. Whether you are wondering about whether God might call you to a career in ministry, or you’re just looking to gain work experience to build a resume, we invite you to consider applying for the residency program with us.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This application is for residents during the 2026-2027 school year. As a resident, you’ll be given new ministry roles designed to expand your influence and experience in leadership. Our desire is to allow you to lead in the areas you’re most passionate. The Residency Program exposes participants to full-time ministry and the inner workings of the local church. You might be a good fit for the program if you are self motivated and are creative, flexible, and eager to push out of your comfort zone to reach new groups of people on campus and in the Muncie community.
