As an Ormiston Rivers Academy student we will get your predicted grades from your PPEs and teacher predicted grades (MLGs).

Please refer to the Rivers Sixth Form Prospectus for information about course choices, main subjects, and vocational options before completing this form. Please speak to teachers of specific subjects if you have questions regarding a course.

You need to choose 3 main subjects to study and an enrichment subject. The entry grades are in brackets after each option)
You must choose two reserve options in case one of your options: does not have enough interest to run the course, you do not meet the grade requirements, or the course clashes with other subjects once blocking is built.

Please note that it is a government requirement that you have to retake GCSE Mathematics and English if you do not achieve a grade 4 at GCSE.
