The Colorado Simmental Association (CSA) and Colorado Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) will co-host local tours and dinner at the National Western Center’s HW Hutchison Family Stockyards Event Center. Tours and demonstrations include:
- Live cattle displays by CSA members
- Pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) demonstrations by Dr. Tim Holt
- Interactive feet and leg scoring demonstrations by Lane Giess
- CSU Spur campus tours
Saturday, August 26Educational symposium at the DoubleTree
8:00 am–5:30 pm
On Saturday, August 26, join us at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver for a day-long educational symposium, featuring talks from both regional and nationally recognized speakers. This year’s symposium is designed for more interaction and deeper dives into fewer topics. Head to fallfocus.org for the latest information about the educational symposium.
6:00 pm
In the evening, we’ll share dinner and a celebration of the Golden Book recipients, Lifetime Promoter awardees, and retiring trustees. All are very welcome to join us for dinner. There will be a refundable $50 charge to hold your seat at the table. The fee for the meal will be fully refundable for those who attend and eat but if you sign up and don't attend, you will be charged $50/plate. Interactive committee meetings and staff presentations
Join the ASA trustees to discuss critical issues in five of the standing committees and hear staff reports in various areas.
