The 2025 Holistic Health Seminar on Memory Loss is a free seminar for those concerned about memory-related changes, caregivers, family members, and health professionals in the Greater Baltimore Area.

Please register each adult attendee separately. The RSVP deadline is Thursday, June 5, or until capacity is reached.

  • Nutrition (Chef Taueret Thomas, Owner, Khepera's Kitchen) - Dietary habits that not only impact the individual living with Dementia but can also influence the overall health and wellness of caregivers and family members
  • Geriatricians (Dr. Antonio Graham, Professor of Medicine and hospitalist, Center for Integrated Medical Services)- How do geriatricians work closely with families to provide holistic care, including guidance that supports both the individual and their caregiving team
  • Mental Health (Tyleia Reed, West Baltimore Outreach Coordinator, National Alliance on Mental Illness)- Strategies for family members to maintain emotional resilience, communicate effectively, and support one another through the caregiving journey
