The inaugural edition will feature a curated physical exhibition accompanied by participatory workshops designed to engage the public with the themes presented. These sessions will involve collaborative art-making and dialogues with the exhibiting artists, fostering shared reflection, especially among audiences whose experiences align with those of the artists.
Our team will select approximately ten local and regional artists whose work thoughtfully explores migration, displacement, and cultural belonging, prioritizing diverse racial, gender, and cultural identities. By combining visual arts with interactive programming, we aim to promote deeper connections between artists and their communities while emphasizing the significance of immigrant perspectives in contemporary art.
