Our annual Wyntercon Event is our end of year fundraising showcase and it attracts over 5,000 visitors. It has featured fantastic entertainers, actors, authors and even dinosaurs! No one’s been eaten… yet, but one thing you’ll be certain to find at Wyntercon VIII this year is a bold and brilliant community from different backgrounds all under one roof.

The Wyntercon Events are multi-award-winning and family-friendly with a great range of exhibitors, a variety of all-age workshops in arts and crafts, a good selection of activities including circus skills, photo ops with props from franchises such as Game of Thrones and Dr Who, steampunk, pirates, cosplay and more.

Wyntercon VIII is planned to be held on the weekend of 30 - 31 October 2021, at the Eastbourne Devonshire Quarter, Compton Street, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4BP (see https://www.visiteastbourne.com/conferences/venues/winter-garden) where we will occupy the Winter Garden and two purpose-built exhibition halls in the adjacent Welcome Building. The historic Winter Garden is undergoing a major refurbishment as part of a £3.9 million project, which is coming along well and is due to complete well before our event.

Exhibitors will have access to the venue from 08:30 until 17:30 on Friday 29 October 2021 for stand build. Vehicular access to the venue for unloading exhibits/stand materials is tightly controlled and each exhibitor will have an allocated time slot for vehicle access.

Please note that whilst the event is taking place over Halloween weekend, a "family-friendly" policy will be in place with the right of admission reserved.

We aim to review all applications within 14 days and advise you via email if your application is successful. Our Contracts Team will be in touch to ask you to electronically sign the Terms and Conditions for Exhibiting at Wyntercon VIII (view them here at tinyurl.com/47xs7rjk). Once these are signed Stand Space will be reserved for you and you will receive an event invoice. This must be paid strictly within 14 days to secure the reserved Stand Space. We will then confirm the allocation of Stand Space for Wyntercon VIII by email.
