As we start the New Year and hopefully begin our healing from the past year (+)'s trauma of Covid and the losses associated with the virus, it is important we acknowledge the trauma many have experienced--both students and parents, recognize signs and symptoms of anxiety and stress of a traumatic stressor event and embrace tools and techniques that will help us find balance and healing as we move forward post pandemic.

During this 1-hour presentation with Q&A, attendees will hear from Karen Amos, Licensed Social Worker and Barrington Parent:

* Identify signs that you or your student are struggling from trauma or loss experienced
  during the pandemic
* Learn tools and techniques to address anxieties and stressors
* Hear ways to find balance post pandemic:  Self-care, scheduling, re-establishing
   boundaries, & social media reset
* How we move forward:  Live in the present | Model behaviors you want to see | Resilient
   mindset
