Compliments, Complaints, Grievances, Concerns and Issues:  This form is delivered to the village clerk email address for legal document capture and reviewed by a set procedure for rectification and reply.  Step 1: Receipt of form. Step 2:  Vet with BOT Chair and Legal Team. Step 3:  Present to Board for discussion publicly. Step 4:  Vote to pursue, investigate and or dissolve.  Step 5:  Followup and report of findings at next meeting.
