Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the session starts for your daughter to get the most out of the program, warm up, get settled, and this also causes less distraction in the session.

Your child needs to bring the following to each session:

- Size 6 Basketball (If you child does not bring a ball, she might not be able to participate fully or get the most out out of the program).

- Reusable water bottle (To be more earth conscious, we encourage all girls to bring a reusable water bottle and avoid plastic water bottles.) 

- Tennis or Basketball Shoes (This is for their safety and to get the most out of the program).
