This questionaire aims to investigate the relationship between personality traits and music preference. The study is being carried out for academic purposes.
Throughout this study, you should be as honest as possible. You may ask for clarification on questions if needed.
You will be asked to provide demographic information to understand relationships beyond the research question. These are optional (besides your name) due to the sensitivity of the questions. You name is required in order to categorise participants for the second phase of this study, which will consist of participants being split into three groups. You are guaranteed anonymity if you fill out this questionaire: the data from the questions will be converted to statistics and no personal identities will be revealed in the reporting/discussing of the results of this study.
This questionnaire will take approx. 5-10minutes. If possible, you will also need to be able to commit to the second part of this research project in a week’s time, which will take about the same time.
If possible, this questionnaire should be done individually and without distractions.
