In filling out this form I agree to the following terms:
1. Payment: The Producer will not pay the audience members for their participation, with no further payments due.
2. No Claims: The audience member cannot take action against the Producer for the use or non-use of the recordings, even if defamatory or privacy-related. Legal action is limited to damages.
3. Rights Assignment: The audience member assigns all present and future copyright and other rights in their contributions to the Producer for use in the Production, in any media worldwide, including promotional material on social media, including the accounts of RTÉ, The Arts Council of Ireland and other accounts we deem appropriate.
4. Liability: The Producer is not liable for personal injury or loss during filming unless caused by willful negligence.
5. Data Protection: The Producer will handle the audience member's personal data according to data protection law and may share it as needed for the production.
6. Use of Likeness: The audience member's name, biography, voice, image, and likeness may be used for promoting the Production on all media, including on social media.
7. Confidentiality: The audience member agrees to keep information about the Producer and Production confidential indefinitely and will not engage with media without Producer’s approval.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by Irish law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
