Please review these notes and instructions before proceeding:
1.) MBTA's Summer School Program is open to any Hawai'i-resident, high school student. This is inclusive of:
a.) Department of Education (DOE) students
b.) Public Charter School (PCS) students
c.) Private school students
d.) HomeSchool students
2.) To participate in our online summer school program, students must adhere to the following requirements:
a.) Have daily access to a device (computer/tablet/etc...) with high speed internet access
b.) Have access to resources: word processing programs and email on aforementioned device.
c.) Have the knowledge and ability to use the aforementioned resources.
d.) Complete the mandatory online training by June 2nd @ 11:55pm HST
3.) Full tuition payment must be made following completion of this online form:
a.) Acceptable forms of payment: Check, Money Order, or Cash in Hand
(a $25.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks)
b.) Make payment to: Myron B. Thompson Academy - Summer School
c.) Payment must be accompanied by your printed confirmation page to properly credit your account.
