C5 SWEAT
We are excited to announce our next evolution to the C5 Fitness Program!!

C5 SWEAT is our 30 minute class.
Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics,
and light lifting movements, for a high-energy workout.
guaranteed to get you sweating, and in and out within 30 minutes.
Short, fast paced, and fun.

We will offer 6 classes per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday;
530am-6am
1215pm - 1245pm

For the month of November and December, we will offer an UNLIMITED C5 SWEAT prepaid pass for the month ($99)
Or.......you may pay a $13 drop in fee per class.

*Current C5 Members get access at NO additional cost.

*This pass grants you access to C5 SWEAT classes ONLY. Should you desire access to our C5 THRIVE (group CrossFit classes), a regular membership will need to be purchased.
