BOOK YOUR VISIT BY “PER BOTTEGA & CHEESE BAR”
Your visit will start directly from “PER Bottega & Cheese Bar” with a presentation of the history of our business. A video will show you the most important part of the production of our cheeses.
Then, you will continue with the visit of our Museum, where we collected the most important documents of the history of our family; historical tools and a rich collection of international prizes, collected in the span of 120 years of history.
At the end the aging warehouse: here you will enjoy the secrets of cheeses ripening; how the aging process takes place and how the molds develop in the rind. At this point you will be able enjoy a guided cheese tasting in our Cheese Bar. If interested, you will have the opportunity to buy what you have tasted and other local and national specialties inside of our “Bottega” shop.

CHEESE MAKING EXPERIENCE
During our amateur activity about cheese workshop, every participant will be able to create his own “caciotta “ cheese. There will also be theoretical hints on the production phases, on the maturation processes and ingredients. Finally at the Cheese Bar you will taste the sensory analysis of some of our award-winning cheeses.
